God tells us in His Word to leave everything in His hands. Why? Because He is able. There’s nothing too hard for Him. What may seem impossible for us, what looks too big, too confusing, or too painful, is actually simple for God. He can handle it.
As believers, we are not meant to carry all our burdens alone. We are not supposed to live life trying to fix everything on our own strength. God wants us to trust Him. To lean on Him. To surrender our plans, our fears, our dreams, and even our pain into His loving and capable hands.
Whatever you’re going through, whether it’s school, work, family problems, sickness, or even decisions about your future, God says, “Give it to Me.” He is not only willing to help, but He is also powerful enough to turn things around.
That’s why, before we act, we should pray. Before we decide, we should ask Him. And whatever we do, we should commit it into His hands. Because when God is in control, peace follows. When we let go and trust Him, He shows us the way.
So today, let’s stop worrying and start trusting. Let’s stop carrying it all and start handing it over to God. He knows what to do, even when we don’t.
Short Prayer Before Game
Lord, Game day is here. We’ve trained, prepared, and now we’re ready, but we still turn to You, because You are the one who gives strength, favor, and peace.
Be with us today. Calm our nerves, sharpen our reflexes, and keep us focused. Let us perform at our best and represent ourselves, our teams, and you with excellence.
Protect us from injuries. Help us treat others with respect, on and off the field. Let this day be full of positive moments, valuable lessons, and good sportsmanship. Above all, remind us that our identity is not in wins or losses, but in who we are in You. Amen.

Help us to play with strength, skill, and teamwork. May we encourage each other, lift each other up, and never tear one another down. May our focus be on doing our best, not just on winning. Teach us to accept both victory and defeat with grace and humility.
Let our game reflect the values you’ve taught us: respect, perseverance, unity, and joy. And Lord, above all, may this be fun, may we enjoy the game, and may we finish it stronger than we began. Amen.
